Colorado Therapeutics has leased 33,600 SF and Solid Power leased 19,200 SF at Summit at Colorado Technology Center, which is an industrial/flex development designed for small-bay users at 486 South Pierce in Louisville.

Colorado Therapeutics is a specialist in soft-tissue repair technology, focusing its efforts in hernia repair. Solid Power is a developer of solid-state rechargable batteries that have no volatile or flammable liquid components for the EV market.

The first phase of Summit at CTC includes 62K SF, of which 9,600 SF is still available. Comunale Properties is building out the remaining space as spec, for delivery later this summer. CBRE Industrial & Logistics Services' Tyler Carner, Jeremy Kroner and Jeremy Ballenger, along with CBRE's Erik Abrahamson, repped Comunale.
