We learned yesterday that Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT purchased the Vibra Denver Hospital, a 131k SF long-term acute care facilityin Thornton. Carter Validus, which focuses only on acquiring data centers and healthcare facilities (combine them and you get a robot hospital), paid $18.7M for the facility that has a 16-year lease in place with the operating healthcare company.
