Denver-based MOB owner and developer Fleisher Smyth Brokaw recently obtained $20M in long-term financing through Principal Real Estate Investors for the 181k SF Centrum Healthcare Center, a Class-A MOB in Greenwood Village. The property benefits from accessibility to surrounding medical facilities, as well being anchored by Centrum Surgery Center, an HCA-Health One multi-specialty facility, CBRE Capital Markets’ Greg Greene tells us. CBRE sourced the 27-year financing, which is fixed for the entire loan term at a sub-5% interest rate.
