Boulder Affordable Housing

Google and Red Stone LLC are kicking in investment dollars to renovate three Boulder apartment complexes, along with financing from the City of Boulder and two private equity firms.

The three properties are the 150-unit Osage Apartments, the 52-unit Thunderbird Apartments (pictured) and the 36-unit The Nest,the Denver Business Journal reports. A group of three developers, The Michaels Organization, Element Properties and Allison Management, acquired the '70s-vintage properties and will now renovate them. [DBJ]
