Tanger Outlets Opening In Fort Worth

Shop till you drop, then crawl. A new outlet retail center is coming to North Texas courtesy of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers. The upscale shopping center plans to neighbor Fort Worth’s Texas Motor Speedway. At 350k SF, the center will be the cornerstone of Champions Circle, a 279-acre mixed-use property. To the delight of those on the employment search, the center is expected to produce more than 900 jobs, the Dallas Business Journal reports.

Several stores, including Nike and Banana Republic, have already signed leases, but the property will need to have 60% committed to tenants before they can proceed with development. [DBJ]
