Frisco commercial real estate professionals were on hand to snag business during ICSC RECon, the global convention for the shopping center industry. Here on the expo floor are Frisco deputy city manager Henry Hill, Frisco Texas International Development Center president Jim Gandy, Cencor Realty Services EVP David Palmer and Frisco Mayor Maher Maso. Cencor operates several retail projects in Frisco with anchors such as Costco and Tom Thumb.
