Construction of a massive, 170K SF retail center is underway in Northeast Dallas off the Northwest Highway.
The High Point Crossing center has been in the planning process for two years since Houston-based developer Ainbender Co. purchased the 13 acres that formerly housed Steakley Chevrolet.
Ainbender has been keeping the project details under wraps and will continue to do for the time being, the Dallas Morning News reports.
The developer is banking on high traffic count in the area — 50,000 daily commuters and 150,000 residents within three miles — to garner significant interest for the new development from prospective tenants.
