Capview Partners Seizes Large Texas Portfolio

Capview Partners recently acquired a portfolio of retail properties in Texas, including three AutoZones, Dollar General and Tractor Supply. The combined cost was $18.7M.

Capview now has about $153M of assets under management across 22 states.

The company’s focus is on finding value in a parcel of land and a freestanding building under a long-term lease with one brand-name tenant. Executives have said in the past that the company’s overall strategy is to diversify by geography, credit, lease term remaining and other factors so that each portfolio is more valuable than the sum of its parts.
