Steve Berger Wins 2016 Stemmons Service Award

Stemmons Service finalists Steve Berger, Greg Cannon, Bill Cox and Kathy Permenter, and a couple of hundred NTCAR members, gathered Thursday evening for the NTCAR awards. 

CBRE senior vice president Steve Berger (here with his family) walked away with the giant trophy. After a big celebration at the ceremony, Berger had a quiet celebration with family and takeout food at home. 

Underscoring his heart for service, Berger told Bisnow, “Being acknowledged for past efforts is great, but I would hope that the real significance lies in inspiring others to find ways to make our community a better place, and providing me additional opportunities to make an impact.”
