Stemmons Service finalists Steve Berger, Greg Cannon, Bill Cox and Kathy Permenter, and a couple of hundred NTCAR members, gathered Thursday evening for the NTCAR awards.
CBRE senior vice president Steve Berger (here with his family) walked away with the giant trophy. After a big celebration at the ceremony, Berger had a quiet celebration with family and takeout food at home.
Underscoring his heart for service, Berger told Bisnow, “Being acknowledged for past efforts is great, but I would hope that the real significance lies in inspiring others to find ways to make our community a better place, and providing me additional opportunities to make an impact.”
HPI Real Estate Services & Investments senior vice president Hunter Lee went home with the Young Citizen Award. Lee runs HPI’s office leasing in Dallas. Here are HPI Dallas partner John Hardaway and his wife, Katherine, with Lee, his wife, Taylor, and Lee’s parents, Kathi and Don Lee.
