Arbors At Brookhollow In Arlington
Arbor Hui, a private investment group, has acquired the 76% leased office at 2201 East Lamar Blvd. in Arlington from CRE Brookhollow. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The Class-A property called Arbors at Brookhollow is leased to tenants including Xerox and Farmer’s Insurance.
The property on eight acres has underground parking and sits near Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium.
Transwestern managing director Mike Hardage and senior associate Matthew Otte repped the seller.
“Arbors at Brookhollow presented a compelling opportunity to acquire an investment grade rent roll with future leasing upside,” Hardage said.
Arlington has seen increased investor interest recently, Hardage said.
