Private Investor Snaps Up 114K SF Arlington Office Near Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium

Arbor Hui, a private investment group, has acquired the 76% leased office at 2201 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington from CRE Brookhollow. The terms of the sale were not disclosed. The Class-A property called Arbors at Brookhollow is leased to tenants such as Xerox and Farmer’s Insurance. The property on 8 acres has underground parking and sits near Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium. Transwestern managing director Mike Hardage and senior associate Matthew Otte repped the seller. “Arbors at Brookhollow presented a compelling opportunity to acquire an investment grade rent roll with future leasing upside,” Hardage said. Arlington has seen increased investor interest recently, Hardage said.
