Oil And Gas Company Nearly Triples In Size With Corporate Relocation In Las Colinas

Medallion Midstream, a full-service midstream provider in the oil and gas industry, is moving its corporate headquarters to Las Colinas’ Urban Center, nearly tripling its footprint with a 28K SF lease at Tower 909, KBS Realty Advisors’ 364K SF office building overlooking Lake Carolyn.

“We are very excited to move our corporate headquarters to 909 Lake Carolyn,” Medallion Midstream CEO Randy Lentz said in a statement. “KBS Realty Advisors and Transwestern own and operate a first-class building that will provide a great location from which our corporate team can continue to manage our growing business.”

Transwestern principals Justin Miller and Kim Brooks and Vice President Scott Walker represented KBS in lease negotiations. CBRE Senior Vice President Robert Blount represented Medallion Midstream.
