Hidden Grove Scores A 43K SF Tenant

The latest in a string of relocations to this Park Central office, BenefitMall inked a lease at Hidden Grove at 12404 Park Central in Dallas. The benefits, payroll, HR and employer services provider will occupy 43K SF in the four-story, 232K SF mid-rise.

Hidden Grove has 3.5:1,000 parking ratios in the High Five/Park Central submarket. BenefitMall’s announcement comes on the heels of two other large leases. Restaurant chain Pollo Campero’s inked 13K SF to relocate its corporate headquarters in September 2016.  Dallas-based Studio Movie Grill signed a 20K SF lease in July 2016.

JLL managing director Jeff Eckert, executive vice president James Esquivel and senior associate Ahnie Gampper repped the landlord, Red River Asset Management. Mohr Partners portfolio account manager Pepsi Windland repped the tenant.
