As part of its effort to liquidize its 21-building portfolio, Hangover Opportunity Fund has sold a 49K SF office at 8851 Camp Bowie West in Fort Worth to Illinois-based Aberfeldy Properties Inc.
Hangover’s portfolio includes value-add properties that, once renovated, have been marked for resale. After completing the sale of 8851 Camp Bowie West, Hangover has eight properties left to sell. SkyWalker Property Partners is the fund’s managing partner.
Aberfeldy’s offer closed 40 days after it placed the contract. The three-story, Class-B property is 93% leased.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW’s Theron Bryant and Joe Hamilton represented the seller of record, The Atrium Remains the Same. Colliers International’s Greg Hoffman represented Aberfeldy Properties.
