El Centro College Moves Into One Main Place

El Centro College, which is part of the Dallas County Community College, signed a lease at One Main Place tower for 55k SF for its fashion, architecture and engineering programs.

One Main Place recently completed a significant renovation that added a new Westin Hotel and revamped the existing office and retail space. The 33-story, 1M SF skyscraper is owned by KFK Group, which rescued the building from foreclosure. The tower includes 50k SF of retail and 600k SF of Class-A office space.
