Before AmerisourceBergen's 300k SF lease at Billingsley Co’s Austin Ranch became public, its tenant reps from JLL—president Jeff Staubach, managing director Greg Biggs, SVP Torrey Littlejohn and market director for the Carolinas Chase Monroe—kept it on the down-low, referring to the deal as Project Hawk.
To thank the JLL team for swooping in on the deal (Billingsley couldn't have done it owl by itself), partner Lucy Billingsley and SVP Marijke Lantz (who repped Austin Ranch in the lease) brought the JLL team a sweet tweet—treat, that is.
