Accesso Partners Purchases 151K SF Office Building In Allen

Accesso Partners bought the 151K SF One Allen Center, a Class-A office building on Central Expressway in Allen.

The office building will cater largely to small and midsize tenants who want to set up shop in a high-growth market, Accesso Chief Investment Officer Brian Rosen said.

Allen is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the DFW metro — $900M of projects are under construction or in planning within five minutes of One Allen Center alone. The building is in a buzzy, walkable area of Allen, one block from the $91M conference center/Delta hotel that is slated to wrap up construction in 2018.

Accesso believes the combination of growth, good schools and amenities makes its new asset a winner. With the building sitting pretty at 90% occupancy, it is hard to argue with that.
