8 Leases At 2001 Ross Ave In Preparation For Renovations

Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, recently completed eight lease transactions at Trammell Crow Center, a Class AA office tower located in Dallas’ Arts District at 2001 Ross Avenue.

Stream inked eight leases transactions at Trammell Crow Center at 2001 Ross Ave.

The new and renewed leases at the trophy office tower in Dallas’ Arts District total more than 86k SF. Stream plans to renovate the building in the near future.

"We believe the result will permanently alter the landscape of Ross Avenue," Stream managing director Ramsey March said in a statement. "We're being deliberate through the design process and will have more to announce soon."

Tenants include Hoefer Wysocki Architects with 8k SF of expansion space, Interior Architects with 5k SF, and Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Co with 2k SF.

Raymond James & Associates renewed 28k SF, FTI Consulting renewed 15k SF, Cambridge Associates extended its 16k SF lease, Trinity Hunt Management renewed 8k SF and Navigant Consulting extended its 5k SF lease.
