If you’re looking for a big block of contiguous Class-A office space in Dallas you need now, you’re in luck. JLL’s research director Steve Triolet has ID’d seven spaces you can slip right into.

1. Thanksgiving Tower

Available block: 497,694 SF

Submarket: Dallas CBD

Leasing brokers: Altschuler and Co

The 50-story, Class-A office tower was built in 1982 by the Hunt family, and currently has 497,694 SF of contiguous space available. The tower inked 350k SF with Santander last year, giving the property a new energy.

2. Bank of America

Available block: 245,417 SF

Submarket: Dallas CBD

Leasing brokers: Peloton’s Joel Pustmueller and Sarah Hinkley

Bank of America Plaza is one of the most iconic buildings in the Dallas skyline. It has 245,417 SF of contiguous space that was formerly occupied by Haynes and Boone. Most recently announced are plans to build a new parking garage and make upgrades to the lobby and retail areas to attract tenants.

3. The Tower at Cityplace

Available block: 233,592 SF

Submarket: Central Expressway

One of the newest towers in the amenity-rich Far North Dallas submarket delivered in November 2014. Since then JLL’s Brad Selner and Alan Wood negotiated Hilti’s 55,584 SF HQ relo from Tulsa. Other major tenants are UBS and Murchison Oil & Gas.

6. Comerica

In 2013, the property sold and has shown significant improvement since then, moving from 67% to 75% occupied. Over the past year, notable leasing includes Bickel & Brewer signing for 36k SF and Southcross Energy leasing 39k SF.

7. 1920 McKinney

Available block: 119,855 SF

Submarket: Uptown

Leasing brokers: JLL’s Daryl Mullin, James Esquivel and Ashley Curry

1920 McKinney, a new 142,158 SF development in Uptown, kicked off construction last year and is expected to deliver in mid-April 2016. The building has signed one tenant that will occupy one full floor and lease negotiations are underway with a casual upscale restaurant that will be on the ground floor.
