JPI will build are projects in Farmers Branch And Richardson with completion in 2018. Jefferson Routh Creek, a 420-home Class-A community, will be in close proximity to CityLine in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor. Residents will have close access to the Spring Creek Natural Area and trail system, and DART light rail stations. Jefferson Mercer will have 424 units and sits on a newly built 30-acre lake with two miles of trails in a 12k-acre master planned business and residential community in Farmers Branch.Jefferson Mercer will welcome residents in Spring 2018 and Jefferson Creek will welcome residents in Summer 2018.

JPI has secured financing and will build two projects in Farmers Branch and Richardson with completion in 2018. 

Jefferson Routh Creek (above), a 420-home Class-A community, will be close to CityLine in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor. Residents will have easy access to the Spring Creek Natural Area and trail system, and DART light rail stations. JPI SVP and development partner Matt Brendel says Routh Creek will have a true live/work/play environment.
