JPI Delivering 692 Units Across Two Multifamily Complexes In 2018

JPI's about to add a few more apartment units to the Dallas metro. The multifamily developer will break ground on two Class-A complexes to be completed in 2018.

Jefferson West Love in the Medical District will have 368 units and will welcome its first residents in early 2018 and completely deliver by the summer. GFF Architecture designed the project, which sits one block from Love Field. West Love is part of a $200M mixed-use project that will have 200k SF of office, 65k SF of retail and restaurant space, and a 244-room Aloft and Element hotel.

Jefferson Landmark in Farmers Branch will deliver 324 units in spring 2018. The complex near I-635 and Dallas North Tollway will have a resort-style pool, community courtyards, a fitness center and yoga studio, and a coffee bar.
