MB Real Estate Services Snaps Up 4 Fort Worth Healthcare Properties

Roentgen Real Estate sold four medical diagnostic imaging centers operated and managed by Texas Health Resources and Envision Imaging. MB Real Estate Services bought 2911 Oak Park Circle in Fort Worth, 815 Pennsylvania Ave. in Fort Worth, 4601 Matlock Road in Arlington and 525 East Southlake Blvd. in Southlake.

The partnership between Texas Health Resources and Envision Imaging will retain operations of the centers. Colliers International represented the seller and the buyer, with Jim Nowell and Jim Eagle working for the seller and Tiffany Angelle and Jake McGlaun representing the buyer.
