TIG Welcomes Karen Simon

TIG CEO John Walsh announced the opening of the full-service firm’s Fort Worth office, TIG Metroplex West. Karen Simon has joined the firm as president and principal of the office, joining SVP Brenda Kindt as a partner. Karen has completed over 800 transactions encompassing thousands of acres of land and 5M SF of building area; with over 25 years of brokerage experience, she was one of the first women in Tarrant County to practice industrial real estate and the first female broker to be named the highest industrial producer in DFW.
