The Music Institute of North Texas broke ground this month on a 5k SF facility at the SW corner of Ohio and Lebanon in Frisco. Digging in harmony were Elements of Architecture’s Mike Smith, CushWake’s Ashley Pope, MINT owner Melody Ouyang and her husband Dr. Luke Ouyang with son Jaden, Hughes Commercial Real Estate and Development’s Craig Hughes, and Dr. Charles Lai and Amy Lai, Melody's parents. The project is under development of Hughes. Ashley brokered the deal. GC is ICI Construction; Elements of Architecture’s Debbie Fulwiler and Mike were designers. DR Rankin’s Don Rankin is the civil engineer. The music school is scheduled to open in June. Of course, anyone who's been in a band wouldn't be surprised if the drum section came in too early. |
