Susan Arledge's Team Joins E Smith Realty

Susan Arledge and Jeff Pappas (and the rest of the Cresa Dallas team) will officially be part of E Smith Realty as of today. Susan and Jeff will lead E Smith Realty’s Global Site Selection and Incentive Services program.

Susan (whom we snapped with Jeff when the pair was with Arledge Partners, before the Cresa Dallas incarnation) tells us Cresa has been an excellent team with which to be affiliated, but ultimately, she thought she could serve her customers better with a full-service provider. The entire Cresa team is making the move: Alex Coe as VP; Amanda Swartz as VP site selection and research; Kim Essex as marketing and project coordinator; Eric Padilla as SVP for project and development services; and Ann Harts as managing director site selection and incentives (from Kansas City).

E Smith Realty Partners CEO and co-founder Sharon Morrison (between colleagues Tamela Thornton and company namesake Emmitt Smith) tells us the Cresa team brings a new service line for E Smith Realty with the site selection and incentives group. Susan and her team are a good fit based on company philosophy and culture, she says. While the team is joining forces Tuesday, the physical relocation won’t occur until Jan. 1. And, the furniture has already been ordered, Sharon tells us.
