Richardson's Industrial Efforts

Good bones. Thats the conclusion of the East Arapaho Flex Space Study done by Chicago-based SB Friedman Development Advisors on the industrial area of Richardson. It'sexperiencing about 24% vacancy around East Arapaho and Collins. SB Friedmans Stephen Friedman and Ranadip Bose told brokers and developers at Cardinal Park 5on Tuesday that the underperforming flex space has the greatest potential intargeting value office like financial, insurance, and professional services, as well asmodern flex space. The wild card could be data centers. The study area isbordered by Greenville Avenue (west), Collins Boulevard (north), Plano Road (east), and Apollo Road (south).
