Alliance Town Center is a highly trafficked shopping and dining hub in North Fort Worth, where local populations are continuously growing on Tarrant County's appeal to local and national businesses.

“Corporate relocations and expansions are driving the demand for high-end multifamily communities in North Fort Worth,” Presidium co-founder and co-CEO John Griggs said.

Units in the three-story 466K SF development will be armed with smart technology, allowing residents wireless control over their apartment temperatures and lighting fixtures.

Presidium expects to complete the development's first building in mid-to-late 2020. In totality, Revelstoke will sit on 17.24 acres and offer 408 residential units with 9-foot ceilings, upscale finishes, and a fitness center with a yoga and spin studio.

Presidium purchased the land from Hanover Property Co. The investment firm hired O’Brien Architects to handle the development's design, Kimley-Horn as its civil engineer and Provident General Contractors to build out the project.
