NAIOP Brokers of the Year

Congrats to the North Texas NAIOP brokers of the year: CBRE’s Dave Anderson (Industrial) and Phil Puckett (Office). The duo is bookended here by NAIOP North Texas prez Jeff Thornton and NAIOP North Texas awards chairman Pax Glenn. Pax tells us the awards are based not only on volume and transactions, but the professionalism, integrity, local community involvement, and support of the real estate industry. Last year, Phil had more than 37 transactions, leasing more than 4M SF of office space with a volume of $120M in 2013. Dave had 44 transactions with sales of land and buildings, and leasing more than 6M SF of industrial real estate with a volume of $240M.
