On Thursday, we stopped by the Trinity Trust offices and snapped Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings (who takes office today) with Trinity Trust?s Gail Thomas and Downtown Dallas? John Crawford. Mike says he has three goals: economic development to grow the city, especially in the Southern sector, which has only 15% of the tax base, but 60% of the city's land; improve education; promote the Trinity River Project; he says it will have more importance on CRE than any other project in Dallas history. |
