Stream Realty retail division founders Lance Taylor and Robin Smith have made the move to JLL as SVPs. Theyre joining JLLs growing retail division, which includes Clay Smith and Mark Newman, who joinedin February as EVP and SVP, respectively. Justin Schoellkopf and Geno Coradini (leading the Dallas and Southwest market expansion) round out the division. The duo tells us JLLs retail brokerage and tenant rep services are a good fit for their experience and desire to expand their service offerings. (We wonder if the new office's location close to the R&D Caf played any role.)
