Kurz Group Gets A HandleOn Your Property Taxes

Kurz Group partner Jeff Kurz tells us that 2014 should be a busy year for his property tax consulting firm because commercial real estate values are heading higher. Since 1987, Kurz Group has effectively minimized the tax liabilities of nearly 4,000 commercial real estate clients (3,500 of them in Texas). Prior to going into business with his brother Rick, Jeff was a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail leasing and the sale of land and income-producing properties.
