Kennis Ketchum Wins CREW Dallas’ Highest Award

Portfolio Development founder and owner Kennis Ketchum was named the 2015 Outstanding Achievement Award winner by CREW Dallas on Thursday night. It's the highest award and recognition given each year to a CREW Dallas member.

Kennis was among four nominees, including Brenda Blake (B&J Financial Services), Michelle Hudson (Hudson Peters Commercial) and Rebecca Tudor (Twinrose Investments). Leigh Richter, winner of the 2014 OAA, presented the award. Kennis established her company in 2001 with the goal of building high-quality, multifamily and mixed-use complexes.

As one of the few female developers in the US, she has developed 15 projects with more than 3,000 units.
