John Goff Closes On Remaining West End Buildings

What's old is new again in the West End neighborhood of downtown Dallas. Billionaire tycoon John Goff's investment firm, Goff Capital Partners, in partnership with Long Wharf Real Estate Partners, closed on 208 N Market St and two parking lots in The West End. The JV previously purchased three properties totaling 182k SF last November. 208 Market St features 60k SF of office space while the two purchased parking lots have a combined 137 spaces, the Dallas Business Journal reports.

To try to appeal to Millennials in the Metroplex, the buildings are being transformed into original office options for creative tenants. [DBJ]
