Axiometrics: Texas Multifamily Stats So Good, They're Scary

It takes a lot to scare Axiometrics president/CEO Ron Johnsey, but Texas apartment stats won't do it any time soon. He tells us the just-released September metrics find Dallasannual effective rent growth at 6.1%, Fort Worth’s at 6.5%, Austin’s at 5.1%, San Antonio’s at 3.5% and Houston’s at 3.1%. And Axiometrics’ updated forecasts for 2015 show continued strength for the rest of the year and Houston’s rent-growth rate rising.

Axiometrics gets the whole office in on the action as they scared up the multifamily stats for us. Freddy Krueger is ready to do some document shredding, if it's needed.
