The Real Estate Council President Michelle Corson gives a squeeze to Hart Advisors Group MP Tanya Little (the first person to make a second Bisnow appearance!) last week at a TREC networking event. Michelle said the mixer blurred work and pleasure, with proceeds benefiting Dani’s House, a group home in Livingston,Zambia, that houses and educates girls. She learned about the group on her travels there last summer.

Michelle and TREC are celebrating the start of construction on the Woodall Rodgers Park. The group provided $1.5M  in seed capital for pursuit costs and contributed millions more in volunteer hours,advocacy, and technical assistance. The Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation emerged from TREC’s efforts to lead the way on funding and developing the park and has raised $85 million for the project.
