| The first phase of Jackson-Shaw's Brick Yard Business Park, a 60-acre industrial flex park in Beltsville, MD, received the 2010 NAIOP Award of Excellence in the “Best Industrial/Flex Project” category. It's 60% occupied with leases from 40k SF to 80k SF, and purchases from 24k SF to 40k SF. The Brick Yard occupies land that is the former site of the Washington Brick Co., a manufacturing complex and mine. The master-planned community includes a 63-acre residential and retail transit-oriented community as well as a 60-acre business park for light industrial, office, flex, and warehouse space. |
