Dallas-based Encore Retail acquired the 360k SF Governor's Point retail complex in greater Cincinnati. It consists of Governor's Point North, anchored by Lowe's and Governor's Point South, anchored by Bigg's Supervalu supermarket.
 

It's located at 9380-9600 Mason Montgomery Rd (for any of you Cincinattians ...Cincinattiites? . . .Reds fans, who might know the local roads). The property was developed in 1998 by Duke Realty and is near one of the area’s top marketplaces and a several global corporate HQs, including Proctor & Gamble, LensCrafters, and Cintas. Encore Equities prez Donna Arp tells us it seeks high-quality investments with a lower downside by cultivating investor and partner relationships; adding, the demographics and solid tenant base make the acquisition especially appealing to its investors.
