DFW Forecast 2014 This Afternoon: Guess Who This Speaker Is?

Guess who that dapper young fella is being attacked by the red arrow? It's Trademark chairman & CEO Terry Montesi in a flashback pic (a new feature Bisnow is rolling out at our monthly events). Terry will be among the panelists at today's DFW 2014 Forecast, which starts at 3pm at the Tower at Cityplace (you can register on the spot). Beyond Terry's awesome hair, he tells us from a retail perspective, the DFW and Texas economies have DFW near the top of the list for expansion consideration for virtually all types of bricks and mortar retailers. New construction of multi-tenant shopping centers has been at a virtual halt since 2008, with little planned and entitled, which has created some pent-up demand for expanding retailers and restaurants.
