Just as BLIS--our two-daynational hospitality conference in DC last week--was wrapping up, we ran in to Dallas' own Mitch Bell of Locke Lord. Mitch moderated the last panel on hotel development, where our panelists held a lively discussion on the merits of green design in today's hotels.
