| Two CBRE-managed buildings prevailed: Interchange Office Center, owned by CBRE Investors-Strategic Partners, won the 100k to 249k SF category; and The Urban Towers in Irving (above), owned by CBRE Investors, won the 500k to 1M SF category. CBRE managing director Blair Oden tells us IOC (under GM Stacy Schellsmidt) is 86% leased with more than 50k SF of new leases last year. The LEED-Silver certified Urban Towers is 87% occupied, inking 83k SF in 2009 (under property manager Julie A. Young). | |
| JLL's Greg Grainger was named Southwest Region Member of the Year for outstanding leadership and participation in BOMA at all levels, especially education and advocacy. He'll receive accolades at the BOMA International Conference on June 29, same day the four winning buildings advance to the international competition. |
