Fort Worth Museum of Science and History staffers Betsy Eudy and Danae Crehan accepted the project of the year award for the museum’s newly opened facilities. One of CREW’s functions is to foster a sense of networking and dealmaking, and the Deal of the Year does that—It honors the largest group of people brought together for one deal, says Republic Title of Texas’ Joanna Cloud (center). The winning deal involved securing permanent financing on an office condo project at 1106 Alston Ave, in the medical district.
