CREW AWARDS!

Fort Worth CREW hosted its annual awards luncheon last week at the Ashton Depot, honoring projects and individuals. Fort Worth Museum of Science and History staffers Betsy Eudy and Danae Crehan accepted the project of the year award for the museum’s newly opened facilities. The museum was selected for the enrichment it offers children and families, CREW leaders tell us.

Aha, now we get it. Tell us you wouldn't give this building an award, too. We snapped this of the $80 million166k SF museum last November before it opened to the public. Other award winners included Republic Title of Texas’ Early Davis (Member of the Year) and Integra Realty Resources (Sponsor of the Year).

The winning deal involved securing permanent financing on an office condo project at 1106 Alston Ave, in the medical district. Surrounding Joanna: Harris, Finley & Bogle’s Tracey Butler, Texas Capital Bank’s Amy Petrilla, Integra Realty Resources’ Keri Redford, and Alston Capital’s Oleta Thompson. Not pictured (presumably out finding a larger deal): Republic Title's Brandon Brewer.
