A big hearty congratulations to Colliers International SVP Billy Vahrenkamp, who signed on for his biggest deal yet: twin girls! His wife, Nikki, delivered the girls—Blakely Bee (6.1 lbs) and Annie Bee (born first at 6.8 lbs)—on Monday morning. The girls join big brother Trace (poor guy is going to be outnumbered by the females in the house now).
