Bright Realty is taking advantage of one hotspot in the DFW area, building multiple projects along Highway 121. The latest: a Starbucks at Castle Hills/Lewisville Towne Centre. EVP Lucas Patterson tells us the location is ideal for new construction. The Kroger-anchored marketplace is by Highway 121 and adjacent to the ever-growing Grandscape, which includes the massive 560k SF Nebraska Furniture Mart. The area also benefits from a booming residential market, making the placement of the Starbucks an easy choice.

Also along 121: Discovery at The Realm is a 107-acre planned mixed-use property with office, retail, living and entertainment. The $75M property is pre-leasing and plans to deliver an initial phase of 423 units starting next month. The community targets Millennials due to the urban feel of the design, Lucas tells us.

Bright Realty is also working on Crown Centre at Castle Hills, a 150-plus-acre office park in development, and an ALDI that is under construction.
