Canadian firm ICM Asset Management purchased the 10-story One Glen Lakes office building in Dallas.

The 170K SF building is located at 8140 Walnut Hill Lane inside the North Central Expressway submarket.

Lincoln Property Co. has been chosen to partner with the asset management and investment firm to provide property management and leasing services.
