Bush Library CRE Impact

As one of the closest hotels to the Bush Library, the Holiday Inn Dallas-Park Cities was purchased largely because of the librarys construction, says one of its owners, TriGate Capital partner Jon Pettee (second from left with hotel GM and management team). He tells us the hotel is sold out for the next few weeks because of the opening. Expected guests include presidential researchers and history nuts, among others. (Also, library buffs from all across the world will be there.) Jon says $9M was invested in a total-gut renovation to prep for the library opening. And, we can tell--because while were not a remodeling expert, we did stay at a Holiday Inn.
