Breaking News: Colliers International Acquires Case Commercial

Colliers International North Texas has doubled its size locally with its acquisition of Case Commercial Real Estate Partners. Nationally, Colliers is one of the top five brokerages, but doesn’t figure at the top of the pile in Big D. It looks like Colliers regional managing director David Pinsel (talking with Case and Colliers staffers over the weekend) made the first move to change that. With the acquisition of Case, Colliers' business in North Texas expands to 182 professionals, 79 of whom are advisers with expertise in strategic planning, tenant rep, brokerage services, global corporate solutions, property management and leasing, land sales and lease administration. The firm also provides advisory services for development and real estate investment ventures. Case staffers will make the move to Colliers office at 1717 McKinney in Uptown.
