Billingsley Broker Belt Bragging Rights

As the winner of the first ever Billingsley Broker Bracket, Transwesterns Andy Harder sports his belt with pride. (We expect to see him wearing this at future NTCAR, TREC, and Bisnow events and we promise to use this photo as many times as possible when we run his deals in the Deal Sheet.) We also suspect that hes Louisvilles newest booster club member as he packs his bags for his New York City trip.

The Transwestern team in the bracket received a hand-delivered congrats from Billingsleys Lucy Billingsley, Marijke Lantz, and Steven Grant. Heres Alan Harrington,Dave Besserer, Lucy, Breck Besserer, Andy, Marijke, and Steve McCoy. Consolation knuckle bumps go to other participants: Cresa, Colliers International, and Swearingen. Steven tells us Billingsley is now trying to come up with something fun for NCAA football season.

We have irises blooming and they're beautiful. Share your pics with tonie@bisnow.com.
