Bed Bath & Beyond Leases 800k In Lewisville

Bed Bath & Beyond inked about an 800k SF lease of warehouse space in Majestic Realty’s business park off SH 121, north of DFW Airport, according to the Dallas Morning News. The facility will handle e-commerce for the retailer.

The 225-acre Majestic Airport Center DFW (pictured, BB&B will be in Building 5) has 2.5M SF, including two spec buildings that were started last year. [DMN]
