Ever dream of hitting a home run at the Rangers Ballpark? Jackson & Cooksey’s Chris Mason may not have jacked one out a la Josh Hamilton, but he joined a few dozen brokers Nov. 19 for some BP at the ballpark courtesy of Cousins Properties, which leases the Centerfield Office Building there. Cousins VP Matt Schendle tells us the Rangers hosted the broker event to promote the available office spaces, which range from 1k to 4k SF overlooking the playing field (perfect for the multi-tasker). The Class A office space has private balconies and access to on-site entertainment, Matt tells us. And, one more time this year, we can say Antlers Up and Do the Claw!
