Austin Site Taps Weitzman Group

REIT Management & Research selected The Weitzman Group as its exclusive retail leasing agent for the 803k SF  mixed-use Hill Country Galleria in the affluent West Austin market, featuring 475k SF of retail. TWG's Lance Morris  and Adam Zimel  will handle leasing. Lance tells us 2010 has seen a resurgence of tenant interest in Austin retail. He tells us he fully expects to announce new retailers soon. And that's no foolin'.
