300 clients and guests came out Thursday to hear Texas A&M University Real Estate Center chief economist Mark Dotzour give his economic forecast at Cushman & Wakefield's fourth annual event in the Winspear Opera House lobby. In a nutshell: Mark says he's actually (are you sitting down?) optimistic about the economy andrecovery both locally and nationally.
